Givenchy Autumn/Winter 2011
This Season Givenchy displayed a stong sense of British style, Ricardo Tisci and Panos Yiapanis have been very playful with this collection and as a result it exudes vibes of British designers such as Giles, Christopher Kane, Katie Eary and House of Holland.
Being so literal from the inspiration of panthers orchids and pin-ups comes accross amazingly, the pointy eared hats, the strong print and the cute specs all come together to create just an amazing collection.
The little bras under the black sheer tops are gorgeous also the embellished collars and shiny, sheer, furry, silky textures are a stylists dream; lots to play with.
LOVE it.

Haider Ackermann Autumn/Winter 2011
Haider Ackermann; the drape king, has produced yet another gorgeous collection this season, with rumours of his move to Givenchy it wouldn't suprise anyone with his high talent for design. I really like that he has brought snippets through from previous collections; such as the cut outs from last season, it is really giving him a strong consistent look. One thing I actually really don't like about this collection is the hair styling for the show. The hair is too high for the already elongated silhouettes of the collection and the weird painted pony tail thing at the back just looks awful, in my opinion it just doesn't flatter the elegant, strong, sophisticated but cool garments.
Other than that though everthing else is great the colours, the fabrics, the shoes, the layering and those gloves...

Ann Demeulemeester Autumn/Winter 2011
OH ANN you always give me what my heart desires, this Autumn/Winter collection has surpassed my expectations of your capabilities, I woud like to purchase the whole collection please including the gloves, boots and accessories.
God I love black, and this is the pinnicle of everything in my coveted noir, the shapes and cuts are exquisite and those fur pieces are simply amazing.
I love the layering, the hair and makeup, the models, the innovative but oh-so-ann lacing details, just everything.
This is definatley up there in my favourites for this season,
beautiful, dark and edgy-just how I like it.
