Although we did end up seeing a few sight-seeing-y type things, we generally just wanted to meander around Paris and explore without an agenda.
So coming across this river-side exhibition was a treat, really interesting photographs from diverse and multi-cultural backgrounds. It was lovely to look at these photographs in the open next to the River and with the Eiffel Tower in the background, it somehow felt more free and special.
The idea of the PHOTOQUAI photography biennial is to spotlight non-Western art and introduce an international audience to artists so far not shown in Europe.
Check out the website, for more beautiful imagery.
