Givenchy Autumn/Winter 2011

This Season Givenchy displayed a stong sense of British style, Ricardo Tisci and Panos Yiapanis have been very playful with this collection and as a result it exudes vibes of British designers such as Giles, Christopher Kane, Katie Eary and House of Holland.
Being so literal from the inspiration of panthers orchids and pin-ups comes accross amazingly, the pointy eared hats, the strong print and the cute specs all come together to create just an amazing collection.
The little bras under the black sheer tops are gorgeous also the embellished collars and shiny, sheer, furry, silky textures are a stylists dream; lots to play with.
LOVE it.

  1. Ahh, these images are amazing! I so much prefer seeing images from new collections in a way other than the standard style.com photos. Love how quirky and playful the pieces are... but in quite a stark and streamlined way. I can totally see Charlie in that hat with the ears! Ohhh... and the print... it's just too too beautiful. xx
